CLIFTON, Kan.-- J. Douglas Toll, 78, died Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Washington County, Kan.
Mr. Toll was born Aug. 16, 1944, Rockford, Ill., the son of Roy Leonard Toll and Evelyn Irene Anderson
He grew up in the Clifton community and was a graduate of Clifton High School. He farmed with his father before taking over the family farm. He married Maureen Grant on April 11, 1969. He was a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church in Clay Center and Gideons International. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Tage Toll.
Survivors include his wife, Maureen Toll; three daughters, Kensey and husband Loren Ledebuhr, Chelsea and husband Matthew Varner and Brittany Toll; two sisters, Bryn and husband Bill Peterson and Marta and husband Tim Belstra; and eight grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 6 at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Clay Center, Kan.
