20-year-old man arrested for sale, cultivation

This week the Clay County Sheriff’s Department arrested a 20-year-old man on drug charges and processed a former EMT for theft.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Department arrested Christopher Ty Machen, 20, on Tuesday, Aug. 20, for possession of narcotics, designated stimulants; and sale, distribution or cultivation. He remains in Clay County Jail as of this morning on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
