CCCMS school pantry looking for donations

With the 2021-22 school year right around the corner the CCCMS school pantry is in need of a restock.

Students’ basic needs must be met before they can be successful academically and last year, the school pantry, which included food items, snacks, personal hygiene items, and clothing, was utilized daily. The pantry is open to all students at any time.

To begin this year, CCCMS school counselor Nick Brummet said the pantry is looking for donations from parents and other community resources to stock the pantry. Items that can be donated include: granola bars, cheese and cracker packs, individual macaroni and cheese, ramen noodles, individual snack packs, and grab-n-go snacks.

Items can be brought to the counseling office at CCCMS (Room 126), where the pantry will be stocked.
