Almost ready to open

The new site for the Dollar General Store on Crawford Street appears to be nearly ready to be moved into, as the structure has been built and a parking lot is now in place for the store. The store is built on the site of the old bowling alley.

It’s been a year since the City of Clay Center issued a building permit for Dollar General to build a new store on East Crawford Street where Pinsetters Bowling Alley used to be, and the new building is almost ready to open.
