In the last week, several Dispatch readers have contacted our office to say they are having difficulties accessing their latest edition of the Clay Center Dispatch at on certain internet browsers.

We have been informed that some users attempting to access the Clay Center Dispatch on either Safari or on Mozilla Firefox are being rerouted to a third-party site for an unknown reason.

We want readers experiencing this issue to know that we are aware of the issue and have contacted, the service provider who hosts the online edition of The Dispatch, about rectifying this matter as soon as possible.

As of now, TownNews has informed us that the newspaper is fully accessible when using the Google Chrome web browser and they are working hard to resolve this situation on their end.

If you do not have the Google Chrome browser, simply search the term “Google Chrome” in your preferred search engine (Google, Yahoo, Bing) and then click on the first result provided. When taken to the Google Chrome page, click on the “Download” link at the top of that page.

Run the downloaded file and it will install the appropriate browser settings. You then just need to click on the Google Chrome icon on your desktop and sign in to and you will be able access your newspaper without being redirected.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our readers and expect our service provider to have a solution available as soon as possible.
